The most soul-satisfying foods on earth are alive with an expression of the natural elements and human hands that shape them. Sadly, the foods with the most compelling story to tell are being lost to standardization and homogenization in favor of higher yields and shelf stability. In Credo Nonfiction’s first original series, travel with us across four continents to explore the too-often vanishing taste of place.

The first four episodes: Wild Rice in Minnesota, Wine in Spain, Chocolate in Ecuador and Cheese in the Faroe Islands, are currently in post-production and we are in discussion with potential distributors. We hope to release the first episode in 2021.
